This is a DIGITAL machine embroidery design file. You will need embroidery software to transfer this design to your embroidery/applique machine. This embroidery file comes in several sizes....5 inch wide, 6 inch wide, 5x7 hoop, 8x8 hoop, and 9 inches wide. This is a light fill sketch stitch design with bean stitch finishing details. This is such a precious design for girls or boys. The grass is a zig zag stitch.
These sketch designs look best on white or light colored items as the fabric is meant to show through. I have seen people use white heat transfer vinyl underneath the stitching on dark colored items to make the thread colors pop against the dark item. There are lots of tutorials online for this method. :)
