This embroidery file comes in several sizes.....5 inches wide, 6 inches wide 5x7 hoop, and 8x8 hoop. This is a light fill sketch stitch design with bean stitch finishing details.

These sketch stitch designs look best on light colored or white items as sketch designs are meant to allow the fabric to show through a bit. If you use a dark item, you can use white HTV (heat transfer vinyl) under the stitching to make the colors pop. If you need a tutorial you can find lots online.
