Back to school pennant bean stitch applique, embroidery design, includes pencil, apple, & worm

This is a DIGITAL machine embroidery design file.  You will need embroidery software to transfer this design to your embroidery/applique machine.  This is not a diagram for hand embroidery or cross stitch.  No refunds will be given if you do not have an embroidery machine to stitch this on.  Thank you for understanding!

This embroidery file comes in several sizes....6" wide, 5x7 hoop (7" wide), 8x8 hoop, 9" wide, and 10" wide. This is a bean stitch applique. Font/phrase is NOT included. You'll need to use your own font if you want to add a name or phrase.

PLEASE NOTE: The very last step is if you want to create an actual pennant to add a dowel rod to. You will add the back fabric to the back of your hoop, tape or pin it to the hoop, then let it stitch. It has an opening at the bottom of the pencil so that a dowel rod can be inserted and hot glued. :) I don't have a tutorial set up to show the steps, but this applique will be completed as usual, with the very last step having the fabric added for the back of pennant. You will need to add your name/font to the pennant before the last step stiches. BUT, if you want it to be done like a regular applique for a shirt, or a different project, then skip that last step.

PLEASE NOTE:  You will need to use fabric to complete the look of this design.  And I always recommend using Heat N Bond Lite on the backs of all applique fabrics.  It helps the fabric not ravel and look nice and crisp when ironed.  When doing a bean stitch applique, you have to trim your fabrics a good 1/4" away from the edge of the stitching so that it doesn't pull away from the stitching.
